The brief was to develop the design for a detached ancillary property within the grounds of the existing host dwelling.


Constructed from natural stone to satisfy the planning requirements, there is a paved driveway and garage along with an entrance and utility area at lower ground floor. Utilising the difference in levels on the site, the middle floor has a large open plan through living room, and adjacent kitchen area that opens onto a terrace to the front and onto a paved and enclosed patio to the rear.
